Having a loft conversion is a major investment for anyone and the costs are far from insignificant. We decided to look for a well established company offering considerable expertise. When I spoke to Andy…he was fielding enquiries at the time…I was encouraged that I had found a fully professional company. Within a short time Matt…the Company belongs to him…contacted me and we arranged a loft inspection and to talk things over. Matt was very thorough and his expertise was very evident. Within a few days we received a quote that was inclusive and covered many options…flooring choices for example.. We weres happy to accept the quote immediately…and we set a provisional time line. We were fortunate that Matt was able to move the projected time line forwards for us. The scaffolding was errected and from that point onwards…everything fell into place perfectly. The crew that work for Matt are all highly motivated and skilled craftsmen…nothing was too much trouble and they were polite and helpful. It did not take too long before it was time for plasterwork…the first fix plumbing and electrical work in place. Carpentry followed and this included the flooring …the bathroom tiling and installation was showroom quality…the icing on the cake! The whole project was completed in time..in full…six weeks to the day. We are truly delighted and have no hesitation in recommending AMD lofts to anyone looking for a fully professsional loft conversion start to finish..
